Building Your Next Chapter: A Grief & Joy Barn Conversation for Midlife Women
Oct 25 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Grief & Joy Barn 4021 Vista Rd Ely, IA 52227 (319) 521-7287Overview
Join me for the very first Grief & Joy Barn Conversation—an afternoon for women in midlife who are navigating change, figuring out what's next, and learning that your next chapter doesn't have to look anything like your last one.
We'll spend the afternoon getting to know one another, laughing a little, reflecting a little, and having the kinds of conversations we don't always make time for in our busy lives.
Wine & snacks
We'll have wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and light snacks waiting for you when you arrive. Because meaningful conversations are always better with something good to eat and drink.
Midlife Bingo
A Grief & Joy exclusive. No boring icebreakers. No awkward networking. Just a little fun and plenty of "Yep, I've been there" moments.

A guided reflection designed to help you look at what you've been through, what you've learned, and what you want to carry forward into your next chapter.
An intimate group of women

Come by yourself. Come with a friend. Either way, you'll leave knowing a few more women who understand what it's like to navigate this crazy thing called midlife.
This afternoon is for you if...
You're in the middle of a major life transition—or know one is coming.
You're wondering who you are beyond your roles and responsibilities.
You've spent a lot of time taking care of everyone else and are ready to think about yourself.
You're excited about what's ahead but also a little terrified.
You're somewhere between "I've got this!" and "What the hell am I doing?"
You believe life can hold both grief and joy at the same time.
